Coaching

New England Endurance Training offers a variety of coaching and fitness services. We are committed to working with you to meet your individual needs and goals and to evolve with your progress.

We have special expertise and interest in working with athletes of all ages - including Youth and Junior athletes.

We offer the following coaching services:

Personal Training & Wellness Coaching one-on-one personal training and small group training sessions

Sport Specific Lessons and Training in Triathlon, Cycling, Mountain Biking, nordic skiing, running, open water swimming, nordic walking, and other endurance sports.

Individualized training plans that are specifically designed to improve performance through a variety of proven methods.

One-on-one Consultations including fitness assessments, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, fitness program consultation and development which may be done in person or via the internet.

Performance Evaluations including, but not limited to: video technique analysis in person or via the internet, VO2 Max, Lactate, Anaerobic Threshold, Maximum Power, Efficiency.
