Training Approach

Essentially, we all have one body to last an entire lifetime. Like any other investment, the better care it gets, the greater the payoff now and later in life.

We approach training in the following way:

• We always train with clear focus and a purpose.
• We train movement patterns, not individual muscles.
We promote healthy eating, not diets.
We endorse recovery and rest, not burnout.
Within this process we provide realistic, actionable fitness coaching, keeping clients accountable and focused.
We educate clients how to incorporate movement into their personal lifestyle, how to make ideal food choices, and how to get the recovery the body needs to sustain vital energy.
 

Training Philosophy

Our philosophical approach to training is summed up in three words:

PRUDENCE - PATIENCE - PERSEVERANCE

Prudence
Doing what's right, what's necessary. Getting the type of training you need for your success. Nothing more - nothing less.

Patience
Letting things happen naturally - not forcing things. Doing the work, and seeing the results come as they may. Patience with the process, with ourselves, with each other.

Perseverance
Hanging in there when it all seems to be going south. Finding the strength within to endure those tough weeks of training. Knowing that what you put in, is what you get back out.
